It was my first time buying a house and I could not have been happier to have the Avery team helping me every step of the way. I was probably a very challenging customer because it was my first time but never once did I feel like I was an inconvience or not worth their time. It took a little bit of time for them to feel out exactly what I was looking for but I was constantly getting new properties suggested to me and every one that I saw had something I liked. They knew I was interested in one property and I was beaten out by another potential buyer but they kept monitoring the situation and when that offer fell through they were in contact with me the next day seeing if I wanted to submit an offer.
